Say Hello Global Inc. – 8 The Green Suite #7244, Dover, Delaware, United States, 19901 ("Say Hello", "we", "us" or "our") provides an online platform through which Translators offer and respond to requests for translation services and Customers order translations directly with the Translators (the "Services"). The Services are accessible at www.say-hello.com and the Say Hello affiliated sites (collectively, the "Site" or "Sites") and through mobile device applications (the "Application" or "Applications" and collectively with the Sites, the "Say Hello Platform").
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, BY USING THE SAY HELLO PLATFORM, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY.
Say Hello is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. The purpose of this Policy is to clarify how we collect, store, process, use and disclose your Personal Information as well as to highlight your rights related to the processed Personal Information. We also collect information in a form that does not permit direct connection with any specific user. We may collect, use, transfer and disclose such non-personal information for any purpose. If we combine non-personal information with Personal Information, the resulting combined information will be treated as Personal Information.
Please note that we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose information from children (as defined by law) without verifiable parental consent. We encourage parents and guardians to control children’s online activities and to take all necessary steps to protect their privacy.
In this Policy: "Personal Information" means any and all information that personally identifies you or from which you could be identified. "Data Controller" means Say Hello Global Inc., the company that determines the purpose and means of data processing and is therefore responsible for the use of your Personal Information.
Processing your Personal Information
Say Hello may collect, store and process Personal Information that you make available to us by using the Say Hello Platform (such as to search for or post a Translation Request or Translation Offer, to make or accept any Translation Order, to pay for Translations, to post comments or Reviews, or to communicate with other Users). You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
You are not required to provide any Personal Information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, you may not be able to fully use various parts of the Say Hello Platform.

You can easily opt-out from receiving certain of the above notifications in the Account Settings section of your Say Hello Account.
In accordance with this Policy, our related entities and their employees may process and use your Personal Information in the same way and to the same extent that Say Hello is permitted to do so. Information you provide may be transferred or accessed by entities in countries outside your location. Please note that in other jurisdictions privacy regulation may be different from the regulation applicable to the country where you are resident.
Disclosing your Personal Information
Certain of your Personal Information will be displayed when you, as a Customer, submit a Translation Request or a Translation Order. However, billing and payment information will never be disclosed to another User.
As a Translator, some of your Personal Information will be shown in the Translation Request Search results. Personal Information (including Reviews) will also be shown on your Public Profile Page. Such information will be available to the general public including search engines who may publish same in their search results, which is not controlled by Say Hello. You may opt out of having a Public Profile in the Account Settings section of your Say Hello Account.
At times we may make certain Personal Information available to third parties we have engaged to provide services to us (such as technical development, database review, management and maintenance, risk assessment, fraud prevention, marketing and research). We will only share your Personal Information to monitor and help us further develop and improve the Say Hello Platform, including the addition of new features for a better user experience. We will never share your Personal Information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may also publish, disclose and use non-personal information for industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, marketing and advertising, and other business purposes.
It may be necessary by virtue of law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence for us to disclose your Personal Information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for the purposes of international security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, sale, or other corporate change we may transfer any and all Personal Information we collect to the relevant third party.
Protecting your Personal Information
Say Hello is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and we take the security of your Personal Information very seriously. We implement reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures on a continuous basis. Notwithstanding the security measures taken, Say Hello cannot ensure absolute security, as no measure can guarantee that your Personal Information will be protected in all situations. Therefore, all information you provide to us through the Say Hello Platform is at your own risk. By using the Say Hello Platform, you confirm that we are not liable for the loss or unauthorized use of your Personal Information unless our acts or omissions constitute gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Accuracy and Retention of your Personal Information
We make it easy for you to keep your Personal Information accurate, complete, and up to date. Simply log in to your Say Hello Account to make any changes necessary. You can also cancel your Say Hello Account at any time (see our Terms of Service for additional information on cancelling your Account).
We retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Please note however, that any materials posted by you on the Say Hello Platform may continue to be publicly available in association with your Account, even after you have cancelled your Say Hello Account.
Accessing your Personal Information
We will provide you, in accordance with applicable law, with copies of any of your Personal Information held by us. Please send us a request in writing addressed to our Data Protection Compliance Officer, Say Hello Global Inc., 8 The Green Suite #7244, Dover, Delaware, United States, 19901. There may be a charge for us to process your request, which will not exceed $5 plus postage costs. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by applicable law.
Third-Party Sites and Services
Social Media Plug-ins
We offer you the ability to interact with social plug-ins (software modules) from social media sites, such as Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn and Twitter on the Say Hello Platform. When you use this plug-in and create this link between the Say Hello Platform and the social media site, some of the information you provide to us from the linking of your accounts may be published on your Say Hello Account. In some cases, Say Hello may know that you clicked on a social plug-in such as a Facebook Share button, or receive other information from the social media sites.
Similarly, if you have previously provided personally identifiable information to a third-party operating a plug-in on the Say Hello Platform, then this third-party may be able to identify you and use your Personal Information received from the Say Hello Platform. Your activities on the Say Hello Platform may also be displayed to your connections on the social media sites.
“Cookies” are small text files that are downloaded onto your device when you access a website. Cookies allow the website to recognize a user’s device and store some information about a user’s preferences or past actions. There are two types of cookies used on the Say Hello Platform, "persistent cookies" and "session cookies". Session cookies are temporary and will normally expire when you close your browser, while persistent cookies will remain on your device after you close your browser, and are activated again the next time you access the Say Hello Platform.
By accessing the Say Hello Platform, you agree to the placement of cookies on your device and the making of certain information available to us and to our partners.
We track your activities if you click on advertisements for Say Hello on third party platforms such as search engines and social networks, and may analyze what you do in response to such advertisements. Third parties may also track your behavior on the Say Hello Platform to optimize their services or to deliver targeted advertisements to you.

On the Say Hello Platform and in our messages to the Users, we may adopt other technologies similar to cookies, such as tracking URLs and web beacons (transparent GIFs, pixels, or action tags). These technologies deliver images on a web page or in an e-mail and can recognize certain types of information on your computer such as cookies, the time and date a page is viewed, and a description of the page on which the web beacon is placed. Web beacons are used for various tracking purposes, such as determining whether you are logged into the Say Hello Platform and whether or not you are connected to a third-party service.
This Policy constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between Say Hello and you and supersedes and replaces any previous arrangements, understanding or agreement (whether oral or written) relating to the subject matter hereof.
If at any time any provision of this Policy shall be held to be illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part by any court or administrative body in any jurisdiction, then such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect our intent and (a) to the extent that it is illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable be given no effect and shall be deemed not to be included in this Policy; and (b) not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Policy; or the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction of such provision or any other provision of this Policy; and we shall use all reasonable endeavors to replace such a provision with a valid and enforceable substitute provision which carries out, as closely as possible, the intentions of this Policy.
You may not, without Say Hello's prior written consent, assign or transfer this Policy, by operation of law or otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Policy and any disputes, controversies or claims (collectively, “Disputes”) arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
You agree that all Disputes arising from or in connection with this Policy, its breach, termination, validity or interpretation, shall be exclusively decided by Arbitration in accordance with the Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act (DRAA). The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. You confirm that you understand English, and are content for all communications relating to these Terms to be served on you in English.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy at any time without prior notice. When we change this Policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on the Say Hello Platform along with the updated Policy. It is your responsibility to periodically check this Policy for changes. Your continued use of the Say Hello Platform following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. If the modified Policy is not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Say Hello Platform.
