Hello,

I was born in France and thus my mother tongue is French.

I worked for 9 years as an in-house translator translating general promotional items, company literature, training manuals , voice-overed and subtitled videos, etc. in various subjects.

In total, I translated over 7 million words and proofread many more.

Thanks to my academic training, a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10 years of experience in the IT field as a programmer and a system manager, I specialized in those subjects as well as physics and mathematics.
I am now operating as a Freelance translator and I would like to have the opportunity to work with you for future projects in those technical subjects as well as other general subjects.

I am interested in establishing a positive and lasting professional relationship with you.

Where I live

I was born in the Northeast of France, between Luxembourg and Strasbourg and lived there until 21 years old.

Then I moved to Paris in a "Grande École" to become a fully certified professor in Mechanical Engineering. There, I discovered Paris culture, with its theaters, museum and beautiful architecture.

In 1990, I moved to Los Angeles, enjoying the american culture and the warm and dry weather of the West coast, working mostly as programmer and system administrator.

In 2005, I moved to Copenhagen up to today, back to the European Culture, enjoying its typical harbor and colorful traditional houses while starting my career as translator in an in-house translation department and then as a translation system manager.
