I am Joan and nice to see you here on my profile.

I am a native Dane who lived almost half of her life in USA and UK. I am fluent in both Danish and English. I have been translating and localizing (localising, for Brits) for over 15 years now. I have translated and localized approx. 4.7 million words till-date, besides proofreading and editing.

I have been a proud service partner for Lionbridge Inc. as well as OHT. I am available on multiple platforms including some freelance websites.

I have extensive experience in translating and localizing texts in medical, gaming, software, automotive, Google AdWords and other ads, engineering, etc. I have some extraordinary references including, but not limited to, Google, BobCat, Cell Novo, Novo Nordisk, IKEA, PPG, EFA (European Federation for Airways Diseases) and many others.
