Greetings from Baltimore,

I am a certified translator living in Baltimore, MD since 2014. My country of origin is Romania, but I also lived in Turkey for an extensive period of time (almost as long as I lived in my native country), which made me equally knowledgeable in Turkish language and culture.

I gained proficiency in English during my middle and high school education and also after completing my degree in English language and literature with a minor in Turkish at the Ovidius University - Faculty of Letters in Constanta, Romania.

I enjoy translating very much and take every task as a challenge. Every assignment adds something new to my previous knowledge and sharpens my translation skills. I believe translating is a great endeavor because it helps to cross the bridges between people and cultures.

Where I live

Although I live in Baltimore, Maryland, I often travel to Romania, my home country.

Romania is a country situated in Southeastern Europe. The mountainous landscape is particularly beautiful, with many places still unexplored by tourists. Bucharest, the country's capital, is an old city with many attractions
